Delivery and payment

Everything you need to know about how your order is delivered and the ways you can pay.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver by courier to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. Orders are shipped from Paniówki, Poland.
2. Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown in your basket and in the order summary before you place your order, as well as in the order confirmation email.
3. Delivery time
Your order usually reaches you within 3 to 5 working days of the order being confirmed.
4. Payment
- The payment methods available are shown on the checkout page.
- You can pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; your card details never reach us, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app (3D Secure). Your order is confirmed once the payment has been authorised.
- Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and we ship your parcel once the payment has been confirmed.
- All prices in the shop are in euro (€) and include Irish VAT at 23%. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number confirmed in the VIES system are invoiced at 0% VAT (intra-Community supply, reverse charge).
5. Returns and complaints
If you are a consumer, you can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the products. The steps, the model cancellation form and how to make a complaint are set out on the Returns and complaints page. The full rules are in our Terms and conditions.
