How do I place an order?
Add the products to your basket, enter your delivery details and choose how to pay: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How much is delivery?
Courier delivery costs €2.49. On orders of €39 or more, delivery is free.
How do I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to cancel the contract, without giving a reason. Email us at shop@ecoben.eu with your order number and we’ll send you the next steps.
